Step 3: Refund Requests. We have a 30 day refund policy. To ask for a refund, send us a
support ticket here.
DO NOT file a PayPal or Alert Pay dispute as these damage our business and will result in your being banned from all our programs.
Step 4: Cancelations. To cancel your account, just login and click on [My Account] then [Preferences] and click on the [Cancel Account] link at the bottom. If you are a pro member, you MUST ALSO login to PayPal or AlertPay and cancel your payment subscription with us.
