Getting Help With Internet ONE System
 
Step 1:  FAQs.  Check our Frequently Asked Questions to see if your question is already answered there.
 
Step 2:  Video Training.  Check the Video Training area to see if there is a video that can help with your question.
 
Step 3:  Refund Requests.  We have a 30 day refund policy.  To ask for a refund, send us a support ticket hereDO NOT file a PayPal or Alert Pay dispute as these damage our business and will result in your being banned from all our programs.
 
Step 4:  Cancellations.  To cancel your account, login, go to [My Account] in the left menu, click [Cancel Account] then follow the page instructions.  If you are a pro member, you MUST ALSO login to PayPal or AlertPay and cancel your payment subscription with us.
 
Step 5:  Support Tickets.  If you question cannot be resolved using the steps above, you can send us a support ticket.
 
All our support inquiries are answered within 1 business day. (Monday to Friday, except holidays)
